Salad
- 2 tbsp pecans, crushed
- 1 pint strawberries, hulled, stemmed and quartered
- 2-3 heads endive, washed trimmed and sliced
Dressing
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Wash endive and place full size leaves on a plate.
- Top with sliced strawberry and pecans.
- Drizzle on dressing.
