Lemonade Marinated Fennel

  • 1 fennel bulb, large
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1/3 cup water


  1. Wash, trim, and quarter the fennel, then slice it into long 1 cm slices.
  2. Mix lemon juice with salt and maple and water.
  3. Marinate fennel in this mixture for 30 minutes to a full day.
