Ingredients

  • 1 cup reconstituted coconut cream
  • 2 cups cilantro
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 3 tsp cane sugar
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together. Refrigerate for up to one day after or freeze up to one month.
