Mini Slider Brioche Buns
As we start the BBQ season in North America, here is a great and easy recipe for your next cookout with friends. I make these as mini slider buns with black sesame seed and soy sauce mushrooms. Truly worth a shot if you're up for a rewarding bread challenge.
Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 30 g sugar
- 17 g salt
- 18 g fresh yeast
- 7 eggs
- 85 ml milk
- 250 g butter softened
Instructions
- Take the yeast milk and eggs, and stir until the yeast has dissolved
- In a mixer with a dough hook add flour salt and sugar. Mix on a low speed and slowly add the yeast mixture
- Once combined and it starts to form into a loose ball, start to add the softened butter bit-by-bit
- Keep mixing on a low speed until the gluten starts to form
- Scrape out of the bowl and place in a covered container overnight
- The next day, take out and shape into desired size.
- Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hr or until double the size in a warmish area of your kitchen.
- Egg was the tops and sprinkle with sesame seed, sea salt or etc.
- Bake at 325°F +- 15 min until fully baked.
- Let cool and enjoy
