Ingredients
  • 4cups rolled oats
  • 1/2cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2cup Hemp Hearts
  • 1/2cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/2cup oat bran
  • 1pinch salt
  • 2pinches cinnamon
  • 2tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2cup maple syrup
  • 1/2cup cold-pressed canola oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover a baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper.
  2. Toss the oats, flax seed, hemp hearts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and oat bran together in a large bowl. In a separate, small bowl, whisk together the salt, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, and canola oil. Pour the oil mixture onto the oat mixture and stir until evenly combined.
  3. Spread the mixture in one even layer on the baking tray. Insert into the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring 2 to 3 times during the baking process to make sure the mixture is evenly browned. Remove and let cool before storing.
