It’s an unfortunate reality that natural disasters like tsunamis occur, and when you watch videos like this one of the 2011 Japanese Tsunami, you can understand how cars and their drivers are literally swept away by the water in minutes.
With that in mind, a Japanese automaker has developed this floating electric car that is meant to better withstand floods and torrential rainfall from extreme weather.
