The first person to buy one of the most sought after hybrids on the market, the Fisker Karma Hybrid, is none other than one of the world’s most famous environmentalists: Leonardo Dicaprio.
Reports are that DiCaprio has paid over $100,000 for his new wheels, which is a significant upgrade from his current vehicle, a Toyota Prius.
The 2012 Fisker Karma isn’t just a super fuel efficient eco friendly vehicle – it’s also incredibly powerful, being able to go from zero to sixty in 5.9 seconds!
And not to be outdone by DiCaprio, the next eco-celebrity in line to drive a Fisker Karma is reportedly Al Gore.
Check out a picture of DiCaprio eyeing up his new ride above, and let us know what you think of the new luxury fuel efficient hybrid in the replies.
