The world’s first solar electric paramotor flight will be taking off in 52 days in conjunction with The Incredible Website and Ataxia UK, a charitable organization that helps treat people with the disease. The one of a kind journey will include 8 paramotor pilots, 4 solar electric paramotor flying machines, 12 solar panels, and it will stretch over 2,000 km and over 2 continents. Although the primary goal of the project is to raise money for Ataxia, the unique form of travel will also test the endurance and durability of the paramotors’ batteries as well as the solar panels providing the energy.
