This cool new jacket might be reason enough to forget about summer and look forward to the coming winter. As you can tell, it sports unintrusive solar panels on the collar that are connected to a plug on the inside of the jacket that lets you charge your iPod or cell phone, regardless of whether you’re at the top of a ski hill, or at a cabin ice fishing. To create this jacket, fashion designer Ermenegildo Zegna joined with Interactive Wear to come up with something technologically savvy, but still stylish, and the final product met both criteria. Unfortunately, the jackets retail for about $1,350, which is likely not worth the convenience that the jacket brings, but if it’s in your price range, pick one up this winter.
