TreeHugger has come out with a list of the Top 5 eco-cars that are faster than the Porsche 911, which essentially means they can get from 0-60 mph in less than 5 seconds. 5th Place is the TZero by AC Propulsion, which is all electric but has not yet received commercial production. 4th place is the all-electric Roadster by Tesla Motors. 3rd is the Ultimate Aero EV by Shelby Supercars, and runs on 500 hp. 2nd place is the Tango Electric Car and apparently has George Clooney’s support. And the first place winner is the Wrightspeed X1 and, although it’s only a prototype concept car, it is really cool looking. Check out the full rundown of the list right here.
