Here it is: Every piece of plastic ever made still exists today.

In fact, it will be just under a millennium before the first plastics ever produced will biodegrade completely.

Each year, we just make more of the stuff. In 2015 alone, about 300 million tons of plastic will be produced.

Reducing your plastic consumption will go a long way towards creating a greener Earth. Some easy tips outlined in this infographic include switching to reuseable grocery bags instead of plastic, stop buying bottled water, and skipping the plastic cutlery.
