With green topics becoming more important than ever before, this year’s Earth Day has the potential to be the biggest one yet. So what better time to teach your kids the importance of being environmentally friendly? With the help of PBS Kids and “Share The Earth Day“, your children can learn about Earth Day and going green from their favourite characters like Curious George, Arthur, and Sid the Science Kid. On April 22nd, PBS Kids’ programming will play shows all about the Earth, and their web-based Earth Day channel, PBSKidsGo.org, will feature interactive activities for kids to take part in. If you’re a parent, or a teacher, who wants to spread the word about Share The Earth Day to the kids who matter to you, be sure to see all that PBS Kids has to offer.
