A new waterfront office building in Sydney, Australia is the first office complex to receive the highest possible rating of 6 Stars by Australia’s Green Star accreditation system. Aspects of the complex that make it the most environmentally friendly building in the area are its use of natural light, solar panel implementation, natural ventilation for better air quality, heat exchange, and grey water recycling. This project, being developed by GPT in conjunction with the Citta Property Group, is setting the highest standard for new buildings being built in Australia.
