If you’re trying to keep track of your household energy and water usage by watching your meters, this app is going to make your life a lot easier. When you enter the information from your meter into this app, it automatically calculates your usage, costs, and savings, taking the guesswork out of your monthly energy and water bills.
If you own more than one property, the Meter Readings can be even more useful, to always keep track of where each of your property’s usage is at. And it even works with solar and wind generation meters!

3. iGarden USA – Gardening Helper
What better way to go green than to plant your own fruit and veggies and start a garden at home. iRecycle is a fantastic app that has undoubtedly helped divert huge amounts of recyclable materials from the landfill. The app has a catalogue of more than 800,000 recycling depots, to help you get rid of those hard-to-recycle materials like electronics, paint, motor oil, and plastics.
To use the app, you simply enter the item you’re looking to get rid of and your location, and iRecycle provides you with contact information for the nearest recycling depots, and directions for how to get there. If you’re using iRecycle, you will no longer have any excuse to throw away recyclable materials in the trash.
