The expanding use of technology in our lives, and particularly in business, is making it much more efficient to accomplish daily tasks. But one thing that is not being made more efficient is our energy usage with these devices. Between phones, tablets, computers, monitors and printers, plug load is starting to have a substantial effect on our energy consumption, estimated at $41 billion in expenses.
